Go to cysvera.com and click Start Free Trial. Enter your email and a password. Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.

Step 2: Add a target

After logging in, click Targets in the navigation bar, then click + Add Target.

Fill in:

  • Label: A friendly name for this asset, e.g. “Production API”
  • Type: Choose DOMAIN, IP, CIDR, or URL
  • Value: The actual domain or IP, e.g. api.example.com or 203.0.113.10

Step 3: Trigger a scan

Click Scans in the navigation bar, then click + Trigger Scan.

Select your target and choose a scanner:

  • Nuclei: Detects web application vulnerabilities, CVEs, and misconfigurations
  • Nmap: Maps open ports and identifies running services

Click Start Scan. The scan runs in the background. The Scans page refreshes every 5 seconds so you can watch the status update.
